Largest Donation to Date

The Jeromy Brown Family Fund is proud to announce its largest donation to date. The fund has committed $100,000 to the Peace Academy. With the donation, the gym in the Peace Academy's new location at the Dakota Medical Foundation Center for Excellence will be named the Jeromy Brown Ambassador Gym. Jeromy was the first ambassador, he loves sports, and our family feels that is fitting one of his firsts words was "gym".

The Peace Academy's ambassador program makes up of adults with intellectural or developmental disabilities who volunteer each week in a classroom and gain meaningful work and life experience. Ambassadors interact with students during free play and gym time.

This program not only provides meaningful work for adults with disabilities, it allows for young children to learn about and celebrate the differences of others.
